3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@muhamedonline.com. Provide the following information:

  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs of the item(s) (if damaged or defective)

Once we receive your return request, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
  • Non-Defective Items: If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
